My car was here for almost 3 weeks being repaired after a minor accident. The work on the repair to be fair was amazing but when I collected the vehicle there was broken coil springs on both the drivers side and the passenger side where the damage had been repaired. Customer service was shocking. There was lies told by different staff members to the point they were tripping each other up. I absolutely would never take a vehicle here again. I will say if you take your car here make sure you take pictures of it from all angles before handing your keys over. The body shop here works as part of Donald Mackenzie motors which was the garage I was originally told to attend from my insurance company. The attitude from staff there was shocking to say the least

They saved our Scotland and Highlands holiday trip on which our car had severe issues by immediately helping us with their expertise.

After our car being off the road today I went to Corrie Motors in the off chance that they may be able to help, I'd tried two other garages but was told it would be a week before they could do the work. Without hesitation the work was carried out by the approachable and professional staff at a fair and reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

Have been using Corrie Motors and Donald Mackenzie for last 25 years, both mine and wife's cars have been purchased and serviced by the dealerships. Never in this time have we had cause to fault any works carried out. Excellent experience across the board, courteous and efficient staff from top to bottom.

This is the second bodywork repair that Corrie Motors/Donald Mackenzie have undertaken from me. Both repairs were considerable, the workmanship was first class and completed within reasonable time. The staff are very courteous and friendly. I would also like to highlight that when I got a puncture on the courtesy car (due to the age/condition of the tyre) they paid for the replacement tyre immediately, no messing about.

Did the repairs to my van body work on behalf of the insurance company. Very friendly and did excellent work. Only slight disappointment was the insurance company promised it would be valeted after repairs and this wasn't done.

Friendly people at this family-run business. Excellent customer service.They dealt with my Toyota safety recall brilliantly and very quickly this morning. The manager even had time to make us a much-needed cup of coffee while we waited. I'd definitely recommend this garage!

Can not fault Corrie Motors. Always receive excellent service both when buying and when car is in for MOT and service. Service is prompt, friendly and work is always of a high standard. So lovely to still have a local well run business in a trade that has been largely swallowed up my the nationals. Highly recommend.
