We bought our new home through belvoir. They were quick to respond to our viewing requests and were keen to gain feedback from our viewings. We were fully supported and advised well through the negotiation process of placing an offer. Belvoirs communication was excellent with us when we unexpectedly become up against another estate agent and fought for us to get the house. Their communication through the sale was great and got everything in place that we requested before completion. Thanks Belvoir, we love our new home.

We had Sian as our point of contact from day one when she valued our property, all the way until we completed. Because of the difficulty in finding somewhere to buy the process took almost two years, however Sian was very understanding and patient throughout and looked after our buyers the whole time. Our experience was excellent and would gladly recommend Belvoir and would look to use them again in the future if we ever decide to move again.

I've used Belvoir to manage my buy-to-let property in Stratford for many years and have stayed with them because they are helpful, efficient and professional. I'm posting this review because I recently had to ask the team for some help in resolving a difficult and urgent problem with my property. Despite it only being a couple of days before Christmas, Jo and Martyn were marvellous in finding a solution and then put themselves out to implement it very quickly. Belvoir have a great team and I'd thoroughly recommend them
