Amanda and Hayley at Water Direct are so efficient and gave the best service I have had from any company for as long as I can remember from first contact to delivery. Excellent service from the Water direct team, especially Hayley. Able to supply the required quantity of emergency bottled water to our specified location within extremely short notice. Out of hours service allowed us to make alterations to our planned delivery over the weekend, in time for Monday morning. Thanks team great job.

I had a delivery of water for my pool. Emma Arkell in sales was so friendly and helpful with lots of advice. The driver was friendly and efficient and he managed to manouver his tanker down my lane!! Definitely recommend Water Direct and would use them again if I need too.

Can't say enough how happy I am with the service provided by the Water Direct team for my event this past weekend. The job was done professionally, and perfectly and the support from the team was amazing throughout our whole pre-production planning and live days! In particular Danni(my point of contact and customer executive) and Mick(our load out/delivery driver) were just outstanding. Always going the extra mile to make sure things were sorted, delivered/picked up on time and doing it with a smile on their faces. I will 100% be using them again for my next event and can't recommend them more!

Water Direct have been great to deal with, working for a water retailer we sometimes need to arrange water deliveries to our customers and they have always been so helpful and quick to book deliveries in for our customers. The staff are always helpful and happy to help. Glad to have built up a good rapport with them and will be happy to continue working with them in the future.

Great! Very professional service from all the team in the office Amanda, Tiffany and Hayley, who were particularly helpful, and Steve the driver who came to site was also really patient and accommodating.Overall a very good experience, will be happy to use their services in future. Recommended.

Had a great experience with Water Direct Ltd, who provided services for the September Open Days for UoS! Both the office team (including Hayley, Tiffany and Amanda) and the drivers were extremely helpful during the whole process, from changing all details too often (my bad!) to asking the tanks to be moved a tiny bit just so they look better! Overall, would recommend them again (and use their services!!).

We ordered an Aqube for The Big Outdoors community event in Brent Cross, London, delivered by the Youth Sport Trust, national children's charity. Excellent customer service from Water Direct. The water arrived promptly and kept cool throughout the whole event, even in very warm weather. We will reorder in the future - thank you!
