We decided to use Grappenhall Kitchen Company as they are a local company and project managed the whole kitchen replacement from design to installation, including sourcing a builder to remove an internal wall. All the work was carried in a professional manner and to a high spec. Any issues were rectified straight away. We are really pleased with our new kitchen / dining room and would definitely recommend GKC. Thank you Neil, Carole and the team for all your hard work.

Neil and the team at Grappenhall Kitchens did a great job of fitting our new kitchen. They were knowledgeable and professional and workaround the fact I worked from home so sometimes needed to finish early or get trades in at the weekend.

We had a big kitchen renovation and Neil, Carole and the team made it feel pretty seamless from day one.Very helpful with ideas etc and if there were any issues(only small things!) they were dealt with swiftly.It felt like they really cared about us finding our dream kitchen and it all going smoothly as it possibly could and that’s rare nowadays. Communication from start to finish was fantastic. The work schedule was superb and the workmen were amazing, friendly, polite and professional. I can't rate this company highly enough.

We had a complete strip out of the existing kitchen and dining room, knocked through into one open space with a large multi-functional island in the centre of the space. We also broke through into the garage and built a utility room to which the boiler was relocated to. We had several windows and doors bricked up and a 5m bi-fold door installed. Excellent end product from Neil and his team and excellent service throughout the process from Carole and Neil. Everything clearly discussed and explained along the way and every activity was given a time line which was kept too and completed when Neil said it would be. The workmanship is second to none and nothing was to much trouble if we wanted something adding or altering, the fact that after a big job like this the snagging list was minimal because of his excellent work. We though the house would be a mess but Neil took the time to ensure other areas of the house were cut off from the work area to limit the dust finding its way around into other areas, he also took the time to clean the work area when needed.

We had been left in a terrible mess by a previous ‘kitchen fitter’, Grappenhall Kitchen Company came in on a white charger and solved all our kitchen problems.. Neil and Taylor work hard and efficiently and made a silk purse out of a pigs ear. We are delighted with the result, their expertise and skill is second to none. Carole and Andrea kept us well informed of the work schedule and they never once let us down. We cannot recommend or praise this first class business enough. They have made our Christmas. Neil and his team have been excellent from early planning through to co- ordinating tradesmen and the final completion of our new kitchen. The team have transformed kitchen to exceed our expectations in all aspects. Great design and quality products. We couldn’t have asked for more. Great after sales service too!

Thank you for doing such a lovely job with our kitchen earlier this year. We are loving it and are getting lots of compliments. We usually send in a review soon after work but wanted to wait a few months longer so that we could really 'test' out the work done. 6 months down the line, We're happy to say to anyone considering kitchen renovation work, we would be more than happy to highly recommend Grappenhall Kitchen Company Ltd. From the very start, their attentiveness and guidance was fantastic - we felt we were being listened to and accommodated during the planning stages, including for the last-minute change we decided on dishwasher positioning. This meant we were getting the kitchen we wanted. All the site workers were brilliant, especially Paul the main fitter....wow, this guy really is amazing, and the level of care and attention given to his workmanship is second to none! At the end of the project, the quality of work that was done was to a high standard and is something that Grappenhall kitchens should be proud of. There were approximately a team of 10 workers that worked on site at various times - ranging from fitter to plumber. All were professional, well presented and respected my home, family and neighbours. This was very important to us as we have children and a couple of elderly neighbours to think about. One of the things we especially liked was how there is a team in the company with everyone having a specific role. This means that a specialist was working on a given aspect of a given job, which was very reassuring for us. There was also a separate team of office staff, which was so helpful as when we emailed the company, there was always someone there to respond. Paperwork and invoices were timely and well kept / communicated - meaning no delays, mis-understandings and no 'ouch' cost surprises! Everything was nice and smooth, which helped hugely given that we work full time and have children on site. Regular site check/progress visits were also made by Neil. This made communication and task actioning so much easier. In terms of value, we looked at about 6 companies, then had a serious shortlist of 3 companies. Grappenhall were roughly mid-way in terms of price, but the breakdown of costs meant that charges were transparent, and we could see where everything was going. They also seemed just more professionally presented than the others on our shortlist. On the first day, we realised we had made the right choice by going with Grappenhall. In short, this made the 4 or so weeks of kitchen renovation work we had done, run smoothly and relatively pain free!So overall, really happy with the work and more than happy to recommend this company to anyone for their kitchen renovation work.We don't usually leave Google reviews unless we really mean it, so please take that as some indication of how pleased we are with the work.Dr T.G. We needed a kitchen refurb rather than a new kitchen and we were concerned that this might be a problem given that most kitchen companies prefer to sell you a new kitchen. However Neil and Carole fully understood our requirements from the first time we met them and they have now provided is with a fully refurbed kitchen that we are delighted with. Their company is very easy to deal with and you can proceed at your own pace and within your preferred budget without any undue pressure. We very much appreciate the quality of the work that Neil has produced and we are more than happy to recommend the company whatever your kitchen requirements might be.
