The knowledge of the sales team is second to none, Darren in particular has been fantastic to work with, and the quality of the bathroom products they supply is outstanding. Incredible.Our experience with Westcountry Tile & Bathroom room was excellent.It began with Jamie visiting our home and taking a look at our existing bathroom. Not only to carefully construct a plan to utilise the space to its full potential but to also get a feel from us on how we would the like the finished article to look.Once our plans were laid out we then visited the showroom to decide on our design/products.Jamie took the time to show us all the styles and products available, giving us is undivided attention; again to ensure our dreams were fulfilled. Jamie's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry clearly came through when we were shown around the showroom and by the answers to all our queries.The production of the bathroom was then organized expertly and professionally followed by an incredible and skilled installation.The finished article is exactly what we wanted and more!!From beginning to end the service was impeccable on all counts.If you are looking for something unique and special, look no further.

Disappointed.. When collecting our ex display bath, it didn't come as advertised. On the day of looking around the showroom. We were told by Tony that the duel waste/tap design meant you wouldn't need to worry about purchasing taps.On collection with Darren he explained that's not the case and the taps we were shown were just display however we can buy them from him for an extra cost. Maybe it was miscommunication or maybe it was just someone trying to secure the sale either way we left feeling like we had been mugged of.

The service and expertise given by Darren and the team for my elderly dad’s new bathroom was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble to make it exactly what he needed. Advice was given on design layout, various costs options for the main product features as well as sourcing the tiles and accessories. The company also recommended Matt, one of their regular fitters, so we know that the whole package will be coordinated perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Westcountry Tile and Bathroom Ltd. for a complete service.
