Had a lovely swim with the family, instructions were clear in which changing rooms to use and what time we had before and after our session. Pool was lovely and warm, clean enough. Would go again and would recommend to others

First time using this pool with family this morning. We all had a wonderful time, very clean, very warm. Lovely changing rooms, showers etc. Covid19 compliant, hand sanitisers etc. Great value for money. Thank you so much

Sadly after both my family and my children’s family drove an hour from two different locations to meet in the middle with our young children, had a nice swim, left after 15 minutes the email said we were allocated, we stood outside at our cars to cool off as our eyes were stinging from the heavily chlorinated pool before our hour drives home, we’ve had an email saying we are ban from using the pool instead of kindly and politely giving us a warning and being more clear for next time, we also used the wrong changing rooms due to very excited children rushing in and needing to use the toilet, locking the changing rooms we’re unable to use could have saved the confusion given the email of terms claimed “the pool can be accessed through EITHER changing room”. Understand there are rules but we weren’t doing any harm, especially as the terms in the email say no less then 2 people may use the pool but the gent after us was on his own, perhaps a warning before rudely banning us maybe? Making us feel like animals. And then blocking us on social media’s and emails for leaving a review. No wonder there aren’t any bad ones they get deleted!

Really enjoyed our first block booking of 12 sessions, pool temp was fairly consistent and pool was nice to use. Sadly our second block of 12 didn’t go so well. The changing rooms were often not very clean and the pool temperature varied a lot. On our last session we had to leave the pool after 10 mins as it was so cold my partners back seized. I then went to use the toilet to find it smeared with what looked like excrement. When we complained I felt like we weren’t believed as we didn’t ‘take pictures’! We were just offered a refund on our remaining sessions which we felt we had to take as we were concerned that if users can leave the changing room this way, is the pool very clean?

Booked here earlier this evening 7pm hour slot and me my missus and all my special needs children loved it. Very clean. Nice size swimming pool . Also showers and toilets which are for your use only while you are there . Locks on doors to keep all belongings safe. 5 star from us . We will be coming back. Ignore top review cause the owner was lovely ;/).

Shouldn't say this (we will never get another booking for the queues). I love this pool. We have started going every Sunday with our family. The pool is a nice size and the changing facilities are well organised. The plus for me is its only 10 minutes from home :-)

Great swim. Great temperature. Booking and instructions are clear and simple. Floor was very slippery in changing room we went in, but I think that was due to the previous people not using the mops provided to keep it safe.

Lovely clean, warm pool, great size for a small group. So nice having a pool to ourselves!
