It's been a few years since i used this place, but I needed something for a wedding do so I popped in. It was great to see that the standards were as great as ever, a fantastic selection of clothes, and excellent staff who are always happy to help and advise.

I've shopped here for probably 20 + years Martin the Manager runs a 1st class gentlemen's outfitters, nothing is to much trouble the staff are very friendly and eager to help make sure what you buy is spot on and looks good. A huge choice of clothing not just suits, shirts and ties with very competitive prices this place is a must see, but what sets the whole place apart is the after care it simply the best.

Needed a new suit for a wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was helped by John and he is brilliant. Very knowledgeable and patient. Got exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend this place.

Bought trousers, jeans and belts in the big and tall range, Marc R was knowledgeable in the options he presented, arranged the free alterations, arranged delivery, friendly service from everyone I interacted with, as a first time customer I felt as if I had been shopping there for years and will again. Prices are amazing, who says shopping online is better? You cannot put a price on the personal service you get at Slaters in Newcastle.

Went in yesterday parked on Dean street (only had a hour) introduced to Jeff, Jeff styled me out in under a hour with the multiple requests I had! Highly recommend his professional services also the prices are so good I couldn’t believe it
