Little village on the island of Luing. A collection of former slate workers' cottages, a tiny harbour and a 12th century ruined Chapel. Overlooks Kilchattan Bay which moorings for local boats and an anchorage. Otter seen fishing in the shallows.

Looking for a wee adventure, this is the ferry for you! Driving on and off is fun. On a good day fantastic, on not so good daytime, a bit more exciting!!

When we stay on Luing we always go to the old church ruin and walk down to Toberonochy for a potter about and to see the Crystal Waters
