The City Medical Practice

One of the most outstanding surgeries I can confidently say in probably the whole of the UK. Dr. Khan and his team, from the administration staff to the medical personnel are fantastic in the way they look after patients. I have personally recommended many of my family and freinds to this surgery. They all share the same opinions. They deserve real recognition and appreciation for all they hard work and for always going above and beyond for they patients to give them the best possible care. *5/5

Probably one of the best surgeries in the UK or at least one of the best GP Surgeries I have ever come across. The doctors & nurses are brilliant, very caring & understanding. You get enough time with the doctor to discuss your concerns & are never rushed. Every doctors at this surgery care, receptionist are prompt. I have joined this surgery approx 8 years ago after getting fed up with my previous surgery, I am glad I have joined this gem of a surgery. The only thing is they should open up their advance online booking services as they used to do prior to lockdown as it can be difficult for working class ppl to call in at 8am & wait on the phone for an app. Over all would recommend this surgery to everyone. Dr A Khan is the most generous, professional and empathetic Dr I have ever come across. Much respected and looked up to by the community for a reason! Highly recommend this practice and Dr Khan. Went for a routine check up. Dr. Abdul was very professional and very adept at taking my blood as I have had problems with this in the past. Quick, efficient and kind.

I joined this practice having never able to get an apppointment with my GP. Firstly their appointment system is really good and I can always get to see or speak to the GP I want to. Thank you for sorting out my poorly controlled diabetes. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely shocking. Seriously people have to wait THREE MONTHS for certain medication. And has for the practice manager (or acting manager) she doesn’t listen. It’s not right that someone has to be in tears to get their medication. Medication I may add that helps them breath. Really not happy.

I been with this GP as long as I can remember very good service always get same day appointment today I had blood test . A young man took my blood first time ever I didn't feel pain very please .
