I encountered issues with my van last Friday when it was damaged sensor,resulting in wire and sensor damage. Upon visiting City Gate Colindale, Amir assisted me in expediting the repair process. They replaced one sensor and repaired several others, incurring a cost of over £1000. However, another issue arose on Monday, just a few days later.I returned to City Gate Colindale to address the new problem, where they fixed a wire and charged me again. Regrettably, this fault resurfaced on Saturday morning after my visit to Amir in Colindale. Amir helped me identify the issue and replaced another sensor, and I hope the problems are now resolved. I believe the new mechanic this time did a better job, though I can't recall their name.This series of repairs ended up costing me around £2000 and caused me to miss work for two days. In the end, Amir made significant efforts to expedite the process and ultimately fixed the van's fault.Thanks city gate

This is the worst garage ever been and never came back.I book for service every thing ok they never call back to collect the van i trying to call my self but never pick up the phone finally get the van but they find some oil leak, warranty work they booked to come back and i booked courtesy van, they call me before going there with one day the tell me to not come on that day because courtesy van not there yet .guess what ? Never come back to me the guy name is Pedro.anyway this garage must be close they don’t want make money

Service here is appalling. Sent the car in for a service for it to come back with issues. This is a new being 2.5 years old with only approximately 4000 on the clock. Tried calling back for help, get passed around, told i will be called back, nope. After the 7th or 8th attempt over the span of two weeks i manage to get through to someone. They weren't friendly or helpful in the slightest. Patch me through to another department to find out after 20 mins of waiting they've put me through to the incorrect department and have had to wait again. Then to be told that my car cannot simply be checked until two months later! How ridiculous! Quick to call when they want to make a quick sale, but slow to act/respond when theyre at fault.

Agreed to have a tow bar repair on the day, confirmed this and had the operator add to notes. Arrived and told no parts and the garage is too busy for same day. Wasted half day off work and fighting through London traffic. Service was slow, disinterested. Manager was providing the usual sorry, but with no corrective action for lost time and finding a solution for agreed booking.

Not happy i had a major car service in june and it seems the car has got worst since having it back. Gearbox issue called London city gate Chiswick and ive been told i have to wait until 16th November as they are fully booked. So what should i do for the next best part of a month then???

What an amazing experience at city gate Colindale , been e regular costumer for a while and everyone there is amazing.I’ve been dealing with Barry , Garry , Stuart and Andre . Really pleased with my new Transporter and I'm particularly grateful that Andre had a lot of patience, I'd changed my mind a few times about what it was that I wanted. I'm probably exactly the type of customer I try to avoid. Great service and look forward to getting another van from them soon.

Had my Caddy services here 4k miles ago.Battery light came on last week. Checked battery and it was fine.So called the garage, was advised it would be in November before I would be seen.Battery was completely flat the next morning so had to tow to a different garage.Garage immediately points out that the fuel filter housing was leaking onto the alternator and could see that 2 of the bolts weren't put on correctly. The leak caused the belt to snap, so this and the fuel filter housing had to be replaced.This fuel filter was changed 4k miles ago at Citygate Collingdale during my last service. The same garage that wouldn't see my vehicle for over a month in order to get my van back on the road.Terrible customer service and really need better quality control when servicing vehicles.
