All good, but. Why the information about opening hours on Google one and on the door another?On Google it shows open till 7. I thought I would make it after work. Made a trip, sit in traffic. Just to come to the closed doors.Apparently it closes at 6. If I knew I wouldn't stop at the shop and could have made it.How can you do this to people?Some parcels are important. And for some people time is important too.And I wasn't alone, few people came, while I was writing this.

Appalling service from a very rude and aggressive staff member who obviously thinks that having a dead end job is an excuse to behave in an ill mannered way. Unfortunately I cannot award no stars. Went to the Post Office in Elburton where I was served by grown-ups who helped me in a polite and professional manner.

*Updated review*I travelled here AGAIN today within the opening hours of 8-10am and you were still closed despite advising people you are open. Absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of my time. I am so annoyed.I wouldn’t even bother going to try and collect from here because you will have to go straight back home again.Says it closes at 7pm online but they actually close at 6pm. No updated hours online.

I don't know what actual timings do they have for their customer desk. Google says its open till 7pm, it was closed when i was there at 6pm. I went on Saturday and it was closed and Google says its open. Couldn't drop a parcel and pick my printer because of all these confusions.

My 24hrs Royal Mail parcel should be delivered on Tuesday, it's Friday now nothing happen so I went to collect from Mail Centre where is now but I have been told that I can't and I have to wait for delivery.Pathetic, you don't even deserve for this one star of five.

False advertising of opening hours on both Google and Royal Mail website, says open till 7 but closed by 6. Miserable worker didn't care when I pointed this out and he just carried on leaving early. Joke when you travel 25 minutes to collect a parcel that was claimed to be delivered two days ago! No wonder the public hate Royal Mail.

I would give ZERO but there isn’t a 0 star option!! Posted a key & A parking receipt from Plymouth on 22nd September to go to a Lettings agency in Bournemouth: Lettings say they didn’t receive it. I tried to track it and it says it’s still sending .. how can this be when it’s an item to be signed for????
