I am shocked at the lack of customer service i have recieved by this company. After a tiktok live i ordered suits and sent photos and sizes numerous times of what i wanted only to be sent wrong suits and even the wrong size. I messaged the lady to let her know and sent photos too bt i recieved no apology and no help in trying to rectify the order. She keeps saying she will check and see. I keep getting ignored! Please be wary when placing an order with this company!

The clothes are ok but customer Service is absolutely disgusting. The lady who owns this place is vile women, everytime I went into her shop I've never had a good experience because of her. She never offers any help and always seems to be looking down on me. Like as of I'm not worthy to be shopping at her shop.

I totally agree with last review..customer service is vile..i walked in looking for clothes.. The 2 women in the shop...one of whom is the owner totally ignored me...made me feel as if i was imposing on them by walking into the shop.... No help at all... Tried to get their attention politely but they didn't get the hint...unbelivable...won't be buying from here again.
