Ultrasound Direct Kettering

We was lucky Claire and Elie had opened up afew extra slots so we was able to have a scan last minute. Both very welcoming and friendly made us feel as ease. Very caring and professional. We had a early scan and everything is going smoothly. Highly recommended.

Booked well in advance for appointment 7pm Tuesday for gender reveal. Soonest could do this (16w) and day before I go away for a fortnight. They phone me on Sunday and say have to move appointment to 8.20. Then they email me on the day of the appointment to say they can’t do it all and they can’t rearrange it before I go away. So we have to wait a fortnight to find the sex of our baby. Terrible service. Used them multiple times with first pregnancy. Never again.

What an amazing service. The staff are lovely and friendly, no question is a stupid question to them overall we found the team so helpful. We paid for a gender reveal with the large cannon at £75 and I felt like I really got my monies worth. They gave us loads of copies of the ultrasound, scratch cards all sorts. Really pleased, My neighbors aren't so chuffed with the confetti cannon lol!

I booked a scan through a link on Facebook offering a scan for £75 instead of £145 on a certain, date and time. The advert stated 'you'll only be charged £45 at your appointment'. After I had the scan I was asked to pay £115. I explained that I had booked online with the link but was told that I had booked in with a qualified person therefore I would not be entitled to a discount. How can you book through a link, follow the instructions to the letter and then get blamed for booking with the wrong person and only be told AFTER the scan???I was told that my complaint had been sent to head office and they would discuss it with me, but couldn't be guaranteed a refund. Having not heard from head office I sent an email. Alas still no contact or acknowledgement from anyone. I feel like this is a total scam. You never know, someone might be bothered to reply to this review. Absolutely disgusting and will not be recommending Ultrasound Direct to anyone!
