Dishonest and incompetent, they exploit the emergency urgency of the misfortunes of others for profit. In my specific case they sent me an incompetent plumber for a leak that smashed my toilet to change an o ring which he supposed was the problem but which actually wasn't and destroyed my toilet drain which kept leaking until I found a competent person who solved the problem and for all that they charged me 275 pounds

Excellent Service -I had new radiators fitted in my house by these guys. They where helpful, friendly and professional. The job was done with no fuss or hassle and was very reasonably priced.I have also had them call back since to fit a new shower, again they where great!Thanks AgainAnna

Contacted this company for a very quick leak repair. I was informed by the gentleman on the phone he would be with me within the hour, any later he would call. This was 5 days ago. The company failed to turn up and to contact me to say they where going to be late. If this is the service you get from just a phone call, dread to think what workman ship is like. My advice find someone else like I did!!!!!

Not really happy since I was told I was basically ripped off. I accidentally put a nail through a 22mm pipe, waited until next morning to be repaired, took less than 30 minutes, I had to dry the excess water that was left soaking the plaster boards, no biggie. Except It cost £170.00 for the service, a pipe and 2 x 22mm straight connectors. I mean job done but should it have cost that much?? and I am still waiting on an invoice (it's been 2 weeks).

This guy came to do a job,to install brand new washing machine and to create a waste pipe. My washing machine is not draining and the pipe installed is leaking.this guy came three times and still didn't resolve it. I have paid him £270 on his first visit and when I asked him for refund as he didn't do the job he was asked to do he stopped replying to my calls

Brilliant service. I had a leaking radiator at 11pm and the guys were out within 40 minutes. They charged a reasonable rate and had the leak fixed in no time at all.I can't thank you guys enough.Cheers

We called Allerton Plumbing to look at our boiler after EON did not show up to their appointment.They looked at the boiler, and said it was broken. Charged us £120 for call out + turn off gas, and refused to go without getting paid. The boiler was fixed the day after in 30 minutes by someone else. They took advantage of the situation to get free money, and should definitely be avoided!

Absolute RIP OFF merchants! DO NOT USE!Came out to look at a leak seen my mum was vulnerable and charged her through the roof for a job we now know should have only been £350 maximum. They charged near 4 times that amount!They had to dig into the foundations which they only done half of and my brother done the rest, and then when re-filling the area they left it that uneven it took 2bags of self levelling to bring it anywhere near to being level.They said they would take the rubble away. They took a couple of bags and left leaving us with over 10 more. They kept promising to come and get them everyday for a week, before they actually came out and only because they were told they would get dumped outside their property. They were quick enough coming back for the tools they had left though!Absolute disgrace, terrible customer service and cowboys!

Excellent professional service and an honest reasonable price. Had a boiler and some radiators fitted in our new house (couple of odd plumbing jobs too). Professional, good timescale and would highly recommend.Mike

Cowboys. Wouldn't give me a price until they were at the door, Wanted £120 to repair a sink waste pipe. Claimed i didn't have all the bits I needed, so it couldn't be fixed without buying more pipe and £80 more money...even when I gave him some spare of the exact same size he said he needed he Insisted it wasn't right. Ripped a panel off my kitchen, then got aggressive when I said I don't feel i should have to pay the full amount, considering he was unable to fix it and has destroyed part of my kitchen which I now to to pay to repair. In the end paid him £60 just to leave. No receipt or proof of payment given. Then spent 30 mins getting my hands dirty and fixed it myself. Lesson learnt.
