Chas Lara did such a fantastic job with my bridal party’s hair and makeup. She is calm, professional and relaxed - my hair and makeup was everything I wanted for the day and my entire party couldn’t fault their makeup. Made up but not overdone which was just perfect for a wedding day - very highly recommend.

Chas is a hair & makeup wizard- don't hesitate, just book her! The HMU artist I'd originally booked for my wedding pulled out with 3 months to go due to an accidental double booking, but Chas swooped in and rescued me and I'm so glad she did, because she made me and my bridal party look absolutely amazing. She spent so much time in my trial trying to pin down exactly the look I was wanting- no mean feat as I'm fairly indecisive. I trusted her creative instincts at every turn and have no regrets. On the day, she was calm, attentive and went the extra mile, helping me manage my nerves and put in my veil and making sure I got out of the door in once piece! I just want to do it all again.

Chas did the hair and makeup for my 3 bridesmaids for my March 2023 wedding. A superb service and absolute life-saver. I have afro-caribbean hair and wanted my hair in a natural style for my wedding. Chas knew exactly what to do, which is honestly so rare to find even in specific salons. She listened carefully to every makeup request for white, mixed race and black skin. She also stayed with me until just before the ceremony to check everything and took amazing pictures that were so special. Thank you!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Chas and her assistants on my wedding day. They were professional and so pleasant, the whole morning was a happy, relaxing experience. They did hair and makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids, mother of the groom and my mother and had adapted to the requests from each person. Everything was perfect. They used high quality Charlotte Tillbery makeup which lasted the whole day/night. After my makeup trial a few weeks earlier, I even didn't wash my face for 24 hours and it looked perfect, even after sleeping on it! I would 100% recommend and will use Chas again for any special occasion!

I'm so so glad that I found Chas Lara to do my Bridal Hair and Makeup - along with one assistant, she did my hair and makeup and 4 bridesmaids on the morning of my wedding. I could not have asked for more, we all looked wonderful and the bridesmaids loved their looks too! She was calm and professional and we got to just enjoy the morning, it didn't feel stressful from our point of view!I had a really comprehensive trial a couple of months before and Chas listened to what I liked and used her experience to make suggestions too, based on my hair type, which worked really well. Chas was so warm and kind from the moment I started messaging her about booking in a appointment for a work Christmas party. She took the time to listen and really understand what I'd like, and put me completely at ease. I had confidence in her, but my goodness, I was blown away with the result!! I absolutely adored my make up and I felt fantastic. Not a single dark circle in sight and a completely flawless and elegant look. She brought out the best of my features and accentuated them.
