I've been wanting to try paddle boarding in the sea for a while and finally picked up the courage to book a start paddle board class with Sarah Jane. Both Sarah's were amazing and gave me loads of advice on what to look out for in terms of tide times and wind speed. They also have me tips on a bit of extra kit I'll need so I can be safe in the water. Really looking forward to getting back out there with the extra confidence I've found.

Been with Sarah and Del since the beginning before our club became Blue Therapy Active. Absolutely amazing couple. Funny, friendly and very welcoming and our club members are awesome too. They're both extremely good at teaching. Sarah for the stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and Del for kayaking. Also our holidays to Wales have been fantastic because of Sarah and Del and again our club members that join us. Keep up the great work guys xx

Sarah was a fantastic paddle board coach, lots of encouragement and patience whilst we found our legs. We had a fabulous couple of hours on the river, learned loads about being on the water, rights of way etc.. as well as how to control and steer the board. Would highly recommend Sarah and Blue Therapy Active.

I did the Blue Therapy ‘try kayaking’ and then few days later the ‘start kayaking award’, both with Paul and Sue as the instructors. You could not ask for better instructors, they made both sessions fun while at the same time teaching the techniques of kayaking. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, highly recommend!

Paddle boarding was something I had tried to master over the past 2 summers & failed. I decided to book the Start Paddle Boarding lesson & Sarah was amazing, she already new I wasn’t confident & would struggle due to knee surgery. Initial lesson instruction was on land & very informative, easy to understand the process to get on board & stand, we then headed to the water. With Sarah’s guidance, I followed the process & …… stood for the whole session!I can’t recommend Blue Therapy Active highly enough, something I never thought I would get the hang was made possible & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to getting back out there.
