Goods arrived as promised but were size 10.5 not 11 as advertised. Had a frustrating time trying to get a response regarding returning for a refund. Finally resolved due more to my perseverance that great customer care . I hope they will improve on this aspect of their otherwise reliable business.

Ordered boxing boots and mouth guard nearly 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received them or received an email about them being dispatched. The website states they will get in back you straight away with any enquiries, 4 emails to them over the week and still nothing. I have tried calling numerous times, the phone rings for a bit and cuts off. I only wanted to know when I should expect them to be delivered as I have an event coming up.Looking at other reviews I have a feeling I won't receive what I have paid for! And the same as others on this review page,have to shell out more money to go and buy them again somewhere else. I just wish I had read the reviews first. Looks like the honest reviews for this company have had the exact same issues.

Bought a pair of boxing gloves and hadn't received any sort of correspondence from Fight Outlet after a full week. I emailed twice and in the end had to ring - my order had mistakenly been marked as completed" and if I wasn't so persistent I think I probably wouldn't have received anything. The woman I spoke to said she would send my gloves next day delivery

0 customer serviceOrdered cleto Reyes 16oz spar gloves, a week later still no gloves. Got no response on email, and after about the 10th time I got through to query the delivery I got told they would call me back in a few minutes.45 mins later still not heard so I rang back and no response...Eventually I got in contact and they told me that they didn't have the gloves in stock and not sure when they are coming.Asked for an immediate refund and took 4 days to receive the full refund.Would not recommend to use this company.

Order number F12683I ordered some boxing boots and a mouth guard 3 weeks ago.. no corresponding email has been sent to say that they've been sent, only an email for proof of purchase. I have tried to email, call and use the contact on the website. Non existent customer service. I am fighting this week and have to shell out on new boots and guard.. disgusting, I will be contacting my back for sure

Costumer service is really bad.Ordered some boxing pads 15 days ago. Contacted Fight outlet in order to know if there was a problem with my order. The answer was, an I quote it's in transit".In transit??? Are the being delivered by horse?"

Not impressed..Ordered on the Tuesday expecting, 3-5 working day delivery, it comes on the Wednesday a week after. Also I ordered 4 items, in which only 3 came, my fourth item is apparently being shipped separately which is not convenient. Another problem I had was that the boxing gloves I’ve ordered, some of the writing has came off, and somehow there is tipex all Over the glove, and it is over the writing, which make the gloves look shabby, and as if they are second hand of some sort. And just another thing, is that the boxing boots I’ve ordered, the box is totally destroyed. Not the best service I’ve ever had, late delivery, tipex all over my package, and a destroyed box. Not buying from again.
