Solid company, bought my car in fantastic condition. Everything was sorted and they resolved all that needed to be resolved.they were very good at sorting out all the documentation and always kept in touch with me .Great service and I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend this to everyone.

I am from Germany and have bought a range rover. The guys always were very friendly and absolutely helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and even sent videos of the vehicle. So i took the risk and bought before seeing the car. They personally delivered the car to my home in germany. During the transfer two little things went wrong with the car. But the next days they dealt with this very quickly. Never seen such a caring seller team.

I have never experienced such poor customer service as here.Someone already wrote here that people from that time were aggressive towards him, I completely agree with aggression, intimidation and even a lawyer will be sent to you.If you absolutely want to buy a car here, first for a garage with MOT and then decide whether you are buying.Don't trust the word and have pretty eyes.My experience with this place is absolutely hopeless and I do not recommend this place to buy a car. The complete lack of professionalism and basic social rules as well as good education and class.

We bought a second hand car here and the treatment was kind and cordial. We found that on the drive home after purchasing the car the screen wash system did not work and a garage had to empty the whole screen wash system which was full of sludge. When checking over the car we discovered also that the reverse lights do not work. After one month of having the car, warning lights began appearing which we dealt with immediately. The engine system fault light came on and we had to call for immediate roadside assistance which resulted in the car being towed away. We called Transeuropean to discuss the issues and to find out if there was any guarantee from the sale, on the off chance, expecting nothing from Transeuropean. We were met with aggression, defensive arguments and were told the problem was our fault as we'd bought the car as it was. We are extremely disappointed with the problems we have had from the start with the car and with the aggression we were met with when discussing these problems, especially after our initial good impression at the time of the sale.

So we were moving to France and found transeuropeon! We purchased a French car with the relavent paperwork.It's great car and was delivered to Devon promptly with a full tank.Although I had not seen the car it was it good condition and clean.So far no problems .The service from the office was great really helpful and had all the anwsered we needed.Would recommend them your looking to take vehicle abroad .

HONESTLY, FANTASTIC SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!,George kindly stayed open for us to drive down from Leicester on a Monday evening so that we could view the car, George and Tass could not have been more helpful and honest regarding the purchase. They ensured everything was working well before allowing us to test drive, and even gave us enough fuel to get us back to Leicester after purchasing the vehicle.As it was out of hours they allowed us to use their insurance etc to get home, and they only issue found before purchasing they ordered the part straight away and agreed to deliver it to my home for me to happily fit. They kept in touch and I had a message waiting for me when I arrived at home to ensure everything had gone well. A truly fantastic company to do business with!!

These guys are pros!! They've been in the business since the days of the horse and carriage it seems :) ! The guys were really helpful from my initial enquiry every time, & I received outstanding service, and my car was delivered hassle free to my property in Greece. The car was fully serviced and I'm over the moon with it. I would highly recommend Transeuropean, they have a great location in King's Cross in London, this is the second car they have helped me upgrade now, picking up my old" car and delivering to my doorstep. Very fair prices

UPDATE. Well Arthur Daly has er raised his ugly head. When I purchased a Car Vertical report on this car things were not so good. They told me that the airbag light had just come on in the car park. Whereas the evidence instead tells me that the car had a large shunt!! Shame.I really did not think that such gents existed anymore!!! ESPECIALLY selling cars, where Arthur Daily showed us how some of these guys work! I could not have been more wrong, what lovely fellows and cars.I recently purchased an Audi from these guys without viewing the car. They even delivered it to me personally, 3 days later.AMAZING experience and the car is 100% as advertised.Thanks guys, I will buy from you again for sure.Simon

What can I say! George is such a gentleman, absolutely honest and straight. I agreed to buy 2 cars and part ex my LHD Mercedes Clk Cabrio with him and paid a deposit but failed to complete the sale of my French home for 8 months due to Covid etc. He was very, very patient, polite and professional and we eventually sorted out a deal when I was finally able to get back to the UK and I drove away in a RHD Saab Cabrio in great condition for its age. It had been well prepared and serviced and he even had the wheels redone! He and Soto were a delight to do business with and Transeuropean is a genuine long established operation with an extensive range of great looking LHD cars to suit everyone . Very poor customer service. The seller was very rude and non cooperativ.He wanted to give us only the copy of documents not the originals.We take the car for a test and we ask him for more information but is was on rush with us.He said to us ,we can't bring the car back if is any wrong with which is not fare. If we want to buy like that or he doesn't want to see us never again.Omg,I never deal with someone so rude.
