Walked in after a train ride to go to the bathroom and get a coffee. Got told to instantly leave without reason. Nasty hostile atmosphere.

Called in for the first time in a few years and can honestly say it will be my last.The John Smiths was sour and my Son had a guiness which he sent sent back as sour. The staff said there was nothing wrong with it and asked if we had had anything to eat as it can affect the taste lol.I'm an ex landlord who won awards for good beer so I know what I'm talking about.The lines need a good clean that is all but obviously not done either correctly or regularly enough.Won't be back

Been in in regularly over the years . It’s very wet today and my primary bag had fallen apart and was left held holding my goods.Asked the barman if he could assist by way off a bag of any sort . I got a stern no and he walked away. One customer lost ! Sod off !

Popped in for a drink before Bridal shopping. Lovely atmosphere, friendly chap behind the bar. Good cider on tap too!
