Completely disappointing experience.Came in for a repair for an iPad Air. Of which the fingerprint id spontaneously stopped working. Not only did I have to wait over 3 hours to be seen. Coming in at 11am, and waiting till 2:30pm.The technician was completely and helpful and rushed us, attempting to say the issue was resolved, with the only solution being to pay up for the whole iPad replacement despite it being less than a year old. And under warranty.Completely disappointing experience from the Apple Store technician and service received. A common theme with the iPads, always lasting only around a year, and not being fixable under warranty.Terrible experience, awful service. Do not come here.

Huge disappointment. I keep coming back with a faulty phone. I do live in POOLE so it doesn't cos me peanuts and at least a couple ours of my time! They have replaced Screen assembly two weeks ago, but the phone was still acting weird (freezing, boot loops etc). Now it got into boot loop permanently and I cannot use it at all. When I showed up yesterday they had no record of the previous repair. Instead of taking phone of me (under warrant until Sept 2024) they made some notes in their system and send me home. I did expect at least some report via e-mail, but nothing happened. How dear you apple to treat your customers like that ?! How this is even possible that people do not take any responsibility for their mistakes? How many times do I have to travel just to get my phone fixed? I can't see the reason to pay £1099 again for a new phone to be treated like that when I have any issues with your product. That's just disgusting.

Products are great but some of the staff are terrible, I had 1 who pretty much blamed me for my new iPhone 15pro’s issues and another who just walked away from me without talking.Really disappointed after spending so much with them.And this was on a quite day

We dropped into Apple store Southampton today for a purchase. This store is equipped with a wide range of Apple products. Staff were very friendly and really helpful. Chan assisted us very patiently and helped us to make a purchase online and pick up in store. Downside: I wish there were more seats available but that’s not their fault. Overall, very nice experience.

Unbelievable customer service ‘ had an issue with my watch but had issues with there system so couldn’t sort the conventional way. Really went above and beyond to help me sort my issue. Best customer service I have ever had!!

Dropped into Apple today for Tech advice and to make a purchase. Very little wait time, knowledgeable staff and as always really helpful…. Downside it’s always an expensive trip but that’s not their fault. Derrick was really helpful and managed to make parting with money as easy as ever. Happy wife = Happy life.

Booked an iPhone and Apple Watch session on Saturday 28th October. The first with Eddie the 2nd with Glen. Both were great and very informative and both very enthusiastic, friendly and professional. Went on to purchase my first Apple Watch, seen by Eddie again who offered great service. Set up my watch in store, again by Glen very smooth process and again great service. Overall a fantastic experience. Well done and thank you.

Although the store was very busy the lovely staff got to each customer quickly. They are so helpful and friendly and professional. The store is good to get around in a wheelchair or mobility scooter although can be a bit tricky when very busy.

I have had a rather disappointing experience with the Apple Store in Southampton. I purchased a brand-new iPhone 11 Pro Max, and after just two years, the front camera for Face ID stopped working. When I reached out and visited the store, I was informed that despite the phone being quite expensive at £800 and only two years old, I would have to pay a considerable repair fee, which, in my opinion, should have been covered under consumer protection laws.Recently, I acquired a new MacBook Pro 13 from the same store, and after just 2 1/2 years, the Touch Bar began glitching. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was dismayed to learn that the repair would cost me almost £500. It's disheartening to see expensive Apple products develop issues so soon after purchase, and the way I've been turned down for support after just two years of ownership is truly disappointing.My loyalty to the Apple Store has waned, and I now consider it a waste of both time and money. The level of customer care and service has left much to be desired.
