Excellent service. We needed an asbestos test on the artex plaster in our kitchen before we renovate, I rang Guardian Environment Solutions and Guy came over the next day and took the samples. We had a great chat about our options if the test came back positive and Guy really put us at ease. Test results back within two days and luckily were negative so we can crack on with the renovations. Small price to pay for the peace of mind. Guy and his team did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They were friendly, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy.

Having started off with home asbestos testing kits and wasting lots of time and money sending off samples of materials that never contain asbestos and then worrying about missing other things, I found Guardian online with some great reviews so sent them an email outlining some of my concerns with our new house. Guy personally called me up and helped answer all my questions. I decided rather than fumbling through it all myself, to get a survey done by the team which they carried out just a few days later. Aaron the surveyor was great, quickly picking up all we planned to do with the house and areas of concern we had. He then gave the whole house a proper going over, exposing a small section of every interior wall (at my request) to make sure nothing was hidden. As an expert in the field he was able to quickly spot anything that could contain asbestos and took samples of these. He advised of any areas of concern before he left and then just two working days later we had the test certificate from the lab, and the full report from Aaron. This was very in-depth showing photos of all the rooms, and the location of any sample with their results. Unfortunately the house does have two areas of asbestos that now need removing but I am sure that Guardian will be able to take care of it and I'll be reviewing that process before long. Overall, anyone that requires any asbestos testing, just get these guys in rather than trying to DIY it like we did, you'll likely save money using them from the start and get much better results.

Rang them at 6pm on a Sunday evening for advice about possible asbestos in the bathroom. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone was really nice and reassuring, and even took the time to look at a photo we sent to see what he thought.
