Estee Lauder

The advisor working there was very rude. She totally ignored me and my daughter while dealing with another customer. She has no customer working skills at all. We waited patiently to see if she would respond in any way to deal with us. She did not. So,we walked away and ended up buying from else where. They don't have a feedback system otherwise they would not behave like that at all. Her rudeness made me feel very intimated along with my teenage daughter. She was racist as dealing with white customers they say hello and greet and with other minorities show attitude and disobedience.

How can I say this , ok myself my mam went to boots market st and Jodie on the Estee Lauder counter served us. Jodie knows her products she was professional ,very helpful and polite .Jodie went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful because we have bought Estee Lauder foundation, eye liner ,perfume..very very happy all round with the service and the products .. Thanks Jodie
