Job reference W468038We called JG Pest Control to exterminate a wasps nest in an external vent. They were responsive and clear about the service we’d receive, which was explained to us by the staff member who came out to us as well so we were clear what to expect.He was on time, and checked about removing their shoes before checking the wasps hadn’t spread to our attic for us prior to starting the job.The wasps had gone by that afternoon and have not returned if they had we could call the technician back free of charge, which we were reassured by. Very impressed and would use them again if we should ever need to.

Job ref:479683Whilst we still have rat activity, the technician that came out was helpful and diligently checked the property. I do think 3 visits isn't enough and service packages should be determined based on the size of the property and of the amount of pest activity. Overall decent service, easy to book initial and follow up appointments.

JG Pest Control were great. The 3 visit programme worked well and got rid of our mouse problem after the second visit. It was straight-forward and efficient. Only criticism was that it was a little hard to get a reply from them after the first visit but the subsequent visits just went ahead as part of their workflow and sorted us out.Job Visit Reference' is: 473156
