James and his team have provided us with an outstanding service on both our weinig molder and our panel saw… he has also bought numerous machines from us including an scm molder and chain Morticer and various other machines. For the past 18 years I can give this review with honesty. We have had great back up and even after 2 years of ownership on some machines James still gives us over the phone back up and will even send out parts at cost for us. Great company and very respected in the industry. Instant payment on all sales and very communicative at all times…

I have bought two machines from LHW Machinery in the last two years: a reasonably old Wadkin DM morticer and a fairly new Volpato edge sander.I've been very happy with both. We were able to go to their unit and test both machines (powered up, no extraction), so we had a pretty good idea of the condition of both, sometimes difficult when buying second hand. The person we dealt with didn't rush us, was very helpful and we felt the prices we paid were fair for both machines.Happy with the service and we've had no problems with the machines.

I recently bought a pre-owned Felder F700z from LHW for my growing joinery and furniture business. The machine was in top condition and James was patient and helpful whilst I deliberated and arranged finance for the machine. I received great communication throughout and I will definitely head to LHW when I need to upgrade another machine. You are just proving the point that i was trying to make, rather then commenting on the incident that happened comment on the services that you providing ?AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!Purchased 1 year old panel saw, 1 month after having it had an issue, was left on my own. 0 knowledge on the machine 0 support,1 men cowbay company.at first look they are good but when you need them they are s....twhen yoAVOID!!!!

We recently moved our business to new premises and required a panel saw, spindle moulder, band saw and thicknesser planer. James at LHW provided excellent advice and service. We bought a combination of used and second hand equipment. It was delivered and commissioned by James and his engineer Dan. A very professional and competent company. Would recommend them highly.
