The LEGO® Store Cardiff

This is such a handy store for presents, so much choice of Lego. It’s nice to have a browse and look at the Lego sets that they’ve got built up in the displays. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Very good Lego shop situated in the centre of Cardiff. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Loads of Lego stock and some great displays. Special events on at times as well which are well managed.

Jamie was very efficient with handling my purchase of a lego Christmas tree today. Another staff member who I didn’t catch the name of was helpful in finding a set out the back for me.

Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Plenty of activities other than just purchasing

Bought a lovely little set for me and my boyfriend to make together. Staff were energetic and friendly. All in all a perfect experience.

Popped in for a quick browse this afternoon, the kids instantly took to the Duplo table to play. Lauren the Supervisor entertained my 11mo & 3yo for ages & it was a joy to watch. The staff are always so friendly, never overbearing & we’ve always had a good experience there.

Such a good choice. There is a full tub with as much as you can . Build your own figures Lego set in every theme you can think of. Great pre-made models to look at .The staff are really nice

I absolutely love Lego and I love this Lego shop. The staff welcome you though the door and are very nice. I love the ‘Pick n brick’The Welsh flag out of Lego is awesome

Lego Store Cardiff is an asset to Cardiff! For fans of Lego to have an official store in South Wales is brilliant! The store staff are always very welcoming and the customer service provided by senior staff as well as managers Mark and Laurence are second to none. There are lots of play opportunities at this store. There is also a build your own minifigure section which is great fun. The store has all of the sets you'd be looking for including the 'hard to find' larger sets. It also has a pick a brick section at the rear of the store where you can fill a tub provided with loose lego for a set price. New released models are usually on display so you can see what the finished product looks like. If your a fan of Lego you have to visit this store!! Sometimes there are sales on in store on items which have recently been 'retired' online so you can grab a bargain.
