I have been using Dex at this business for 3 years now and 4 inventories carried out in that time. Having used National inventories through my managing agent previously and being very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism I contacted them again to undertake another inventory directly for a new venture with my buy to let. We've worked them for several years. The clerks have gotten progressively worse and the latest one was terrible - they didn't seem to have a clue about was constitutes fair wear and tear" and was unable (as well as unwilling) to advise or make a judgement. As a company

Been using National Inventories for a while now for a few properties that I own. I am very happy with the overall service that they provide. Just had my first let inspected by National Inventories. Overall, very happy with the Report and Clerk, however, I would have preferred to have had larger images provided within the body of Report. I have been informed that they can send these over separate which I am happy to settle with due to the good level of customer service I have received, and the detail within the report makes up for the lack of larger images.
