Hollywood Nails

Just went for a Pedicure and was served by the guy wearing a Black Mckenzie Jacket. The pedicure was rushed and he also pulled the skin near my toe causing it to bleed. He forgot to provide a towel at the end to wipe myself dry. The pedicure cost £27 and it definitely wasn't worth it. Unprofessional in his mannerism, the only positive was I didn't have to wait and was seen straight away.

Been a few times now and had a bad experience twice.The nail salon is generally quite messy and not very clean compared to others. First time the drill was extremely hot and when I said it hurt he said it’s because you should get a full set then it won’t hurt. ( I couldn’t afford a full set at the time ) I felt embarrassed. Three of these nails broke.2nd time another young gentlemen was so rough with me, spoke VERY obviously about me to his co worker by pointing at me. I didn’t say anything as I was embarrassed and did not know why they would be talking about me. I will not return to here or magical nails(same owner) until the owner teaches their staff customer service. There are so many other nails shops I will now use instead. I understand you are busy and stressed- we all are. But please do not take frustration out on paying customers.

I have done my nails here many times and all is very good. I am always happy and want to stick with them for a long time ❤️

First time getting my nails done here, nails were done neatly and good quality, lots of choice of colours and designs...quite happy to match pictures of what you would like as designs or colours just show them the pic when you go in...1 week later nails look just as good and no issues with them coming off...Will be going back as a regular

Lovely staff, always get a good service here. If I’m indecisive at all I can trust their judgement on what’ll suit me and I’ve always loved it. Never had a bad experience. As you can see I’ve been rocking the ombré lately

Wonderful service. Very polite and don't have to wait long to be seen. £27 for infills and will add glitter polish to any colour.

This place is really nice and they do Nice nails but I gave it 4 out of 5 because I noticed how messy it was the sanitey is NOT good but overall goodPS I got my nails done three weeks ago that is why I need to get infills

Very busy place, but I got my turn after not long waiting, staff is effective, girls are sweet and caring, cash only. I was there first time, as very demanding customer, they did follow my wishes at the best of their knowledge. They do have some little tricks how to make nails that I haven't seen before, but I was in manicure and pedicure industry for many years and still following trends and news in that department. They are easily to be recommended.
