Unfortunately in the UK there’s a lack of knowledge on air source heat pumps from the consumer to the installers. I’ve seen and heard horror stories on installs with ASHP’s. Firstly you’d be hard pressed to find someone with more knowledge on these than mark but the quality of his installs are second to none.The ongoing support mark gives to help you get the most out of your ASHP ,his reliability, quality of work and all round genuine guy I’d recommended to anyone. Mark has provided plumbing & heating services to us for the past two years, and hopefully for many more years to come. From our annual boiler service to re-designing and fitting both our bathrooms. As Pensioners he understands our needs and priorities. Mark's first class skills and knowledge is able to diagnose and solve a problem first time, and he thinks ahead by moving controls so its easy for us to access. A hard worker who gets the job done, efficiently, effectively and at reasonable cost. Mark is also a pleasant trustworthy chap to have working around the home.

We've been using JMR for almost 2 years now. Mark is very knowledgeable about heating systems in all aspects. He's also entirely reliable and dogged in his persistence to get the job done and done properly, at minimum cost and disruption. He's also a thoroughly nice person. He maximised the effectiveness of our heating system by properly balancing the system and installing good quality thermostatic valves on all our radiators . This time, he installed a new pump for our upstairs showers. After the pump was installed, there was a minor technical fault with the electrics. He returned promptly, investigated the issue and fixed the problem. We cannot recommend him highly enough and we would happily use him again.

Every year I have been using JMR for the annual maintenance of boiler and cylinder and they always are very professional, showing upon time, managing expectations and delivering a great service. Highly recommended!
