Yorkshire Photo Restoration

With retirement I had the opportunity to return to God's county and my home town of Leeds. I had many old photos of great sentimental value which had seen better days and I vowed that I would try and get them restored and display in our new home.I did a Google search and came across Gareth at Yorkshire Photo Restoration and I've not looked back since - Gareth has now restored several of my old photos and to say I am delighted with the quality of his work is an understatement! Furthermore, Gareth is quick to respond to any enquiries and provides a very professional and friendly service.

After discovering Gareth on Instagram I was drawn to his work as he reminded me of the photographer Richard Billingham. Gareth has produced some fantastic images for me, specifically what I asked for. He really listened to my expectations and delivered to a high standard. He was easy to model in front of and put me at ease. He is very professional but really down to earth and easy to get on with. I have another session booked in for my next project.

I met Gareth a couple of years ago whilst at university seeking working experience. I have been lucky enough to remain in contact with Gareth who has helped me grow and develop as a photographer.He's very professional and makes you feel very comfortable when conducting a shoot. The attention to detail within his photographs is very clear through the amazing compositions.Overall he is a fantastic photographer with great knowledge for photography. A true inspiration :)

Gareth was a joy to work with and understood my requirements clearly. I had quite old photos which needed repair and then enlarging. The quality was superb and more than surpassed my expectations.I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend to anyone requiring this service.

I cannot speak too highly of Yorkshire Photo Restoration.I grew up in Yorkshire, although I have now lived in the South for many years, but I had a faded photo taken from the home I grew up in with views of Moors. I knew it needed restoring and when I did a google search I came across Yorkshire Photo Restoration. I sent my old photo off to Gareth and in due course he sent back the restored one much to my joy and satisfaction. It's amazing! The colours have been sensitively handled and the final product is so much better than I could have hoped. I now have a photo to remind me of my early years: great! Thank you Gareth. Would thoroughly recommend Gareth if you are in need of some new life into your old damaged photos. He is absolutely brilliant. I sent him an old school photo of me and my brothers from 20 years ago that had seen better days, it was full of creases and stains and didnt look very good in my mums purse, so i decided to get it restored as a gift for mothers day. Very quick turnaround and Gareth kept me up to date throughout the process. I ' ve just received my project - restoration of a photo and letter over a hundred years old-and am amazed at the results. The photo had practically faded to nothing but Gareth managed to make it look like it was taken yesterday. The letter was so frail and faded it was difficult to read. I can now preserve the originals and enjoy displaying the copies. Great result. Gareth kept me informed during the process even sending me interim pics of his work. A great, affordable service.
