I had an MOT failure at kwikfit recently and gave these guys a message of what needed doing, within 2 days the car was fixed and what the car had failed on had been put right, and I was able to go back and get the MOT done and it passed.Will be using these guys from now on for anything wrong with my car/service & MOT! very friendly lady on reception very friendly and they were all very helpful!I would 100% recommend to anyone in Worcester area of using this garage!

I have taken my vehicles here for many a year.some passed 1st time others failed .but for just cause.i would much prefer to know if my vehicle had a fault.but I have always found the mot failure justified. They always take time to explain it to you .the staff have always been nothing but polite.fair priced.also always try to accomadate you .me being disabled there is a chair to sit on .also a nice chat with the lady.if she is not to busy.they must be doing something right they have been here a long time .and may it remain.happy when passed sad when failed but best to be safe .thanks for your professional support.
