Disgusting freezing cold apple crumble sent straight from the fridge didnt even bother to warm the custard both freezing cold. Bunch of unproffesional kids, probably dirty money laundering operation!

Photos say it all really. Don’t bother ordering online. Cookie dough was lovely but the ice cream we got compared to the photos was a joke.

A friend and I visited as a Birthday treat! We were not aware that if you have valid I’d such as passport or drivers license you get given a free milkshake or cake on your actual Birthday so we missed out on that! The venue was tastefully decorated and spacious, and the booths were comfy and plentiful. The counters, floors were spotless and the toilets were clean and easily accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly and the desserts were beautifully presented, reasonably priced and delicious. My friend and I enjoyed it immensely and when we went early weekday evening there were very few others! I would highly recommend as a celebratory treat!

Worst experience ever. The waitress Kerry was extremely rude the way she spoke to me and literally started actually having a full blown argument with me when I simply said I was unable to eat my dessert as it happens to have Banana’s and I can’t have banana. I have never ever experienced such awful service it’s shocking. But from reading through some of your reviews am not surprised. Staff need serious training they have the worst attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had staff treat me badly in this branch.

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered with uber eats an half my order was missing. Tried calling the store an on all three attempts after ring for 5 minutes each time they kept hanging up the phone. Shocking is a understatement. Never order from here unless you want to be ripped off with only half your order.

Ordered strawberry and banana smoothie .What arrived one could only describe, as the worst smoothie known to man ..in fact it was more like warm thick water with some seeds scattered about in it.Store did answer my calls .Very dissatisfied

What an awful service, after waiting for such a long time for sundaes, being put in the back and they had the air con off. The toilets are absolutely disgusting and not fit for purpose, better just keep them closed as they are a health hazard. Kept asking for the air con to be put on. I spent £36 and will not be coming back. I have to give 1 * to get it posted but if there was a 0 option I would give that.
