Things stolen. £350 for recovery of a car 8miles. HR Donna changed the price of recovery about 3 times. Ignoring email and phone calls. Have videos whilst on site at how they treat peoples cars. The person tried to move someone’s car on forklift whilst hand break on and the car fell off the forklift as he was reversing and something at the bottom smashed as there was oil and other things leaking everywhere.

Attempted to scam me out of £150. Also gave me false information that my car was smashed up" only for me to discover they had mistakenly given me information on somebody else's impounded car that happened to be the same colour. You can see the genuine reviews highlight the thieving scum that operate within this company which is run by cowboys. Would give them zero stars if it was possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

Good rates, the man was really helpful as I was stuck in a field down a dirt road and he reversed all the way down to help me out. My car battery even died as i was there for 3 hours and he gave me a jump start. Very helpful and would definitely recommend and would be a first choice with any problems again

Absoloutly fantastic service. Derek was super helpful and made a strenuous situation much easier to deal with. Hopefully won't have to use again but definitely will if I need to.

I unfortunately lost my mobility scooter keys while shopping at The Home Bargains in St Ninians Stirling,the driver who came to my rescue was Jimmy Richardson,he was very efficient,kept in contact with me from start to finish,low and behold I knew Jimmy who i hadn't seen for 20yrs or more so it was nice having a catch.I can't praise him enough for his efficency, I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. This company employ a band of THIEVES!!! My son has had his diagnostic computer along with nesessary cables STOLEN, my daughter in laws purse which contained money and id cards STOLEN. I would strongly advise NOT to use this company.

These clowns picked up my car after a road accident no windows smashed car could possibly have had something that could have been salvaged went to collect my Personal goods out the car and guess what its missing and windows are broken all round insurance are now not paying out as they said I had lied about the damage
