Had some technical concerns with our heatmiser thermostat and spoke to reference Dave and concerns wore resolved within split seconds which took me 2 days to work over it. Amazing service and highly recommend to send email and ensure your number is also on it so that they can help you forward.

Probably the best suppliers in the world. I ordered a Programmable Touchscreen Room Thermostat - Heatmiser Touch v2 from them on Monday morning at aprox. 10 am. It arrived at my house in France 24 hours later and was fitted, programmed and working all within 26 hours of my initial telephone call. That is what is called good service. Thanks again guys.

The most frustrating system. Had this now for a couple of years. I don't think I have ever gone a month without a problem. Often heating on constant and unable to control, then heating doesn't come on when required. Have spoken to customer services and their engineers many times (who are always very helpful by the way). Every time a trip switch goes at home, internet drops out or batteries run out in the neostat the system fails. Mega complicated to pair the neostat/RF switch/hub. Every time you go on line for instructions there are many different instructions to pair different bits of hardware. Usually have to ring them to speak to an engineer but their offices shut at 5 so very difficult to do this around work. I really regret getting this system.

Fantastic customer aftercare from Martyn. Forgot our pin number for our underfloor heatmiser neo Stat-e V2 thermostat. Emailed the support line and within 1 hour 15 minutes I was given a pin code to unlock our thermostat. Thanks again.

Invested in 15 thermostats and the neohub for a mix of underfloor wet/electric and radiators. Had a few teething problems (my fault) with the setup and they were quickly resolved by the helpful support team. Strongly recommend this product.

Underfloor heating playing up. All I knew was I had Heatmiser control unit. Spoke to their technical department, went from novice to confident. Easy to order correct replacement unit online. Arrived next morning and within an hour it was up and running.Great company, great staff, great systems and GREAT result.

Ordered a set of new dial thermostats with LED for my underfloor heating system to replace some older broken ones and because I wanted to see the current room temp.Online order process was simple and they arrived quickly with free delivery in a well packed box.I had some issues betting these to work as my wiring was non-standard. One phone call to their UK based customer service team and a couple of emails so I could send pics of my wiring and my issue was quickly resolved.The best way to judge a company is by their post sales customer service and these guys were excellent.Heatmeister products also very good, my UH3 4 zone underfloor heating system has been faultless for over 4 years. I will definitely order directly from them again.

Wow!, incredible customer service. Thank you Martyn for replying to my email so quickly and attaching a link to the manual for my thermostat. I’ve re-paired the stat and everything now appears to be working again… Phew.This is how customer service should be, thank you again.

Excellent service from Heatmeiser Support Team for my Polypipe RF system. Tech support talked me through resetting my thermostats and helped me to programme everything back onto my phone via the Hub.Best tip was to ditch the Polypipe App on Version 17, which has not been updated and just use the Heatmeiser App on V57!!! Thanks again team for your help and support. It was worth the hours wait in the phone queuing system!
