These girls are amazing !! I have been going to kirstie for over 10years , friendly staff , nothing is to much for them ! Always asking if everything is alright and if I feel Alright , I will always recommend them , go to the little house beauty u won’t be disappointed

I literally wouldn’t go anywhere else, the girls are wonderful and they never miss!! I quite often go in with a picture and they will do their best to get it every time! I’ve added a few pictures of my nails over the months, they’re always so gorgeous. Removals are free which is so rare and the quality of work that they do is incredible. On the rare occasion that it’s chipped in the first day, I’ve gone back and they’ve touched it up immediately the next day! Couldn’t recommend them more!

We went there about over a week ago now and was nicely greeted upon arrival. But then the atmosphere changed when who I’m guessing was the boss came back from having her hair sorted, which She was way more interested in. While doing our nails they hardly looked or spoke to us, just each other. She started filing my nails and kept missing as she was talking with her head turned to others about her hair and where she went on holiday.My nails did not look like the picture I showed. The amount of nail glue I had under my nails and around them was atrocious, the fake nail was glued to my skin.They all snapped off within days and have taken most of my nail off with them, leaving my nails BADLY damaged and very very thin!My mother and my sister also went, the same as happened with these two so it’s not just the person I had do mine. They are all very under skilled and not being taught the right ways as most of the staff are straight out of school!We will not being going back at all, all the boss seemed to care about was earning money and how many people they could squeeze in, in one day!

Used this place for many months for eyebrows/nails, mainly due to convenience more than anything else. The last time I went was the final straw when just a few days after by BIAB manicure my nails started to peel and break (I was told breakage wouldn’t happen with BIAB and paid extra for this). This is not the first time this has happened either. I’ve had peeling occur the very same day on occasion and have had to go back for repairs.. this could only be due to bad application. I’ve also experienced burns on my eyebrows on more than one occasion which has left my skin raw where the skin had been ripped off. I’ve since decided to use a different salon and if only I had done this sooner!! It made me realise how poor the quality of the treatments/application is. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had gel Nails done only lasted a week. Wasn't even done down to the cuticle disappointing after paying £28 . My daughter had acrylics and one snapped off after 3 days.

Excellent, my daughter had her nails and makeup done for prom and they did a fantastic job, the nail art was fantastic and they were so friendly. Highly recommended.

Had an eyebrow wax and tint and my eyebrows came out looking worse. There was no precision in the wax and the lady did it in seconds. My eyebrows are now super patchy, she did not trim them nor put cream on the area after. Also left with wax still on my face. She offered to try to fix them for the third time however I did not trust that they would not be made worse as I don’t think she knew what she was doing in all honesty. Since getting home the more I look at them the more I hate them and annoyed that I paid for the service as now booked in somewhere tomorrow to try to fix them. The room I had them done was filthy too. Would not recommend this place at all.
