Lisburn Hearing Centre
From the moment I entered I was treated with respect and the utmost professionalism. The Receptionist was friendly and respectful and the Audiologist was knowledgeable and instilled a feeling of confidence. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease and the procedure was carried out via syringing and micro suction and done most considerately and professionally. Of course there was some banter and fun but done with respect and with mutual involvement. The procedure was pain free and the result with regards to improved hearing is huge. Thank you so much ladies, I would highly recommend Lisburn Hearing Centre.

Lisburn Hearing Centre
I phoned the centre on Monday and was given an assessment slot 2 days later. I was worried that my hearing maybe impaired due to wax build up.The audiologist was very professional and checked both ears for me. Thankfully all was well and no further treatment was necessary. I was in and out within 5 minutes and this check was free of charge.I would definitely recommend the centre.

Lisburn Hearing Centre
The folks here were easily able to sort my issues with wax build up in my ears. Very professional. However not much information on how to prevent issues occurring in the future or friendly conversation. I went elsewhere and had a much better experience. Probably won't be back and would find it hard to recommend if you're like me and enjoy a bit of a chat or would benefit from some advice.

Spoke with a really lovely woman called Janet. Colin the audiologist was extremely helpful. I will be returning to get my tailor made ear plugs for swimming. 10/10 service.

I would highly recommend Lisburn hearing centerJanet the Receptionist was very kind and good over the phone when I asked questions.She also made me feel at home when I was waiting to see Colin .Colin was very good and made it easy for me to ask any questions that I was worried about.I would certainly go back again.

Lisburn Hearing Centre
I took my Mother who in her 80's to the Lisburn Hearing Centre today for a consultation and hearing test. She was a bit nervous and has very poor eyesight. Gilian the receptionist was very welcoming and chatty which really relaxed her. David was so wonderful with my Mum taking the time necessary to go through the consultation and hearing test. My Mum had some questions and worries which David answered patiently, explaining everything she needed to know, helping put her mind to rest. A truly professional service, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend!

The audiologist saw me at very short notice and performed micro suction in both ears. The receptionist, Janet was very welcoming and efficient. The whole experience was very pleasant and the instant relief immeasurable! I would highly recommend the Lisburn Hearing Centre

Awesome experience, having a few issues with what I assumed was wax build up in one ear and impacted hearing; Within 5 minutes here the problem was solved. Very friendly staff, great practices with covid prevention methods and great outcome - everywhere else would have been a 2-3 week wait, here I got seen the next day and solved my problem straight away. Lovely stuff!
