Didn’t have the best experience. Wanted my outfit altered for my daughters wedding. The lady assured me that the darts they put in would make all the difference to how the top fitted. When I tried it on it looked ridiculous. The darts were completely wrong and they had to undo it. They talked in their own language the whole time which made me feel really uncomfortable. Had to take it back after wearing it because the hem fell down after half an hr of wearing it. Again they chatted to each other in their own language which I found really rude and then charmed again for their poor workmanshipNot goi g to use them again sadly

Called Chic alterations on day before my dad's funeral, to see if they could take up sleeves of husband's jacket.Wasn't holding out much hope, as such short notice!A friendly voice answered and said, bring them in now and we can check.Lo and behold, they did a fantastic job, 2 hrs later!Thank u so much!I know were to bring my alterations to in the future!Lovely, smiling and professional people!

No need for an appointment, we just dropped in for prom dress alterations. We were seen promptly by 2 extremely friendly ladies. They took time and care to explain the work that was necessary on the dress, and outlined the cost straight away. We were under no pressure to agree there and then, but we agreed as the price was so reasonable.We collected the dress yesterday, and the work is brilliant. Would definitely recommend this business, and will be using again when the need arises.

I visited Chic Alterations to see if they could create me some new sofa scatter back cushion inners. They did with great quality output in a really quick timeframe and extremely reasonably priced. Would always recommend

I would highly recommend chic professional.I took my wedding dress in to be shortened and have the trane reduced .The ladies were so lovely and their customer service skills were amazing.I picked my dress up today and they have done a brilliant job.They also finished my dress before the quoted time.No appointment was needed so that fit into my work schedule, not many places you can turn up without an appointment
