I've known all the staff here for many years, and I am now on my 4th new bike, here's why. On a recent trip to Orkney on my GSA the fuel filler cap broke! My wife then phoned me to tell me I had received a recall notice for a software update. After Orkney my next trip was Czech Republic, so I phoned Duncan. It was a Friday at lunchtime and Duncan said he would arrange everything and if I called in on Monday, William in the workshop would fit me into his busy schedule and get it all done. On the Monday, William was ready with laptop and new part, then Ivor stepped in and offered me a loan bike to allow me to get on with my day! Excellent team effort from Duncan, William and Ivor, who are all valuable assets and a real credit to this business.

Had an oops moment when realised I didn't have the tool to tighten my chain whilst on tour for the nc500. Called them up to see if they could squeeze me in, they said was fine to pop in, was shown to the garage and Willie sorted me out in a few mins. Absolutely lovely chap and despite being busy had the time for us with no fuss.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant these guys have been.I wanted a new R1250 GS in Triple black and phoned and spoke to Ivor. They had none in stock and none being made now as the 1300 will come soon.Ivor said to leave it with him, and he went above and beyond to get me a bike. I don’t think any other dealer could have got that bike for me. He got stuck in and got the job doneThe purchase process was fantastic and Ivor was brilliant to deal with. No request was too much.Duncan and Declan were great too when I visited. They gave lots of help and advice.They all know there stuffWhen I picked up the bike they spent loads of time spent going through things and making sure it was right. The tech Willie also came and had a chat which was brilliant and I have full confidence in him for the maintenance.I can honestly say that you won’t go wrong with these guys. They are the only guys I will be dealing with going forward for all my BMW Motorrad needs.Well done
