From start to finish we have had an absolutely fantastic experience with the work carried out. 5 stars for communication alone. Always keeping us up to speed via WhatsApp and with fast responses. The work was completed to a high standard and they were reliable turning up when they said they would. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We recently had work done by Guardian to support our chimney stack and can’t fault the process from beginning to end. From Julia’s exceptional customer service to Adam’s dedication to working with us to find the right solution. They willingly chatted through the options (more than once!) without any pressure to go down one route or another or to book in until we were ready. Would not hesitate to use them again in future or recommend their service. A*.

We had Guardian in to install bifold doors into our garden and also remove a wall between the lounge and the kitchen. They were really good to communicate with, and even managed to slot our job in earlier than we had hoped.They arranged a structural engineer visit for us to assess what steels we needed, during this he pointed out a missing lintel above another set of patio doors we had. We asked Guardian last minute if this is something they could correct in addition to what we had agreed, they were super accommodating and sorted out that issue for us too!We are awaiting planning permission for an extension, when this comes through we will be asking Guardian to quote in this too!

Guardian Structural took out our two chimney breasts (leaving the stacks on the roof). Communication was excellent and from start to finish Julia, Adam and the team were so helpful and professional. When the plans our structural engineer drew up turned out to be useless due one of the walls not being structural, they quickly came up with an alternative solution and for a very reasonable price. Honestly I wish we'd used them for the structural engineering work from the start rather than getting someone separate. Adam really knew his stuff and I felt confident that the solution he proposed would be safe and to a high standard. Julia even checked in on our emotional state when our house was basically a building site with dust and drebis everwhere!Thanks to Adam, Julia and the whole crew for makiing these challenging three days less stressful for us. We've got so much more room now!I can't recommend Guardian Structural Ltd highly enough and we'll definitely be using them for future work.

We count ourselves incredibly lucky to have had Adam and his team carry out the work on our home. Right from the initial visit/quote both Adam and Julia were very helpful and clear with their advice as we were still deciding what to do regarding wall/chimney breast removal. After talking through our plans with them we were fully reassured and could not have been more happy with their work.We’ve never met a more professional and friendly builder than Adam who on countless occasions went above and beyond to help us get our home how we wanted it to be. Communication with Julia was a delight and she was always on hand to talk things through so we always felt a part of the building work even when we were away. The rest of the team were brilliant too (must say a huge thanks to Jake in particular!).We would definitely recommend the Guardian Structural team and will be sure to use them again in future!

Adam and Julia were an absolute god send when it came to some renovation work. They were super patient with my requests and helped me come to a great solution.The whole process was easy, convenient and well communicated from Adam and Julia to Ross, Steve and Jake who carried out the work to a fantastic standard.Quotes were all prompt, transparent and competitive. We used guardian to remove two load-bearing internal walls in our kitchen. Initially Adam and Julia came out to the property to discuss our options and the overall process, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable and it was clear that they are very experienced and have a real passion for what they do. They managed the entire project, removing a lot of stress for myself. Next they sent out a structural engineer to carry out the calculations for the steels, before coming back to commence the work. During the process a couple of unexpected issues arose, i was very impressed with how the team were able to communicate effectively to solve these issues quickly. I found Ross and James to be excellent workers and a credit to Guardian. Overall Guardian provided top quality workmanship at a competitive and fair price which has made such a massive difference to the property, they also helped provide me some very useful bits of advice as i manage the rest of the house renovation.

We were looking to knock down a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a kitchen diner and a utility room.we also boxed off a seperate living room and had bifold doors installed. Guardian were great throughout. They arranged structural engineer and planned out the job. There were various issues that arose but all were solved with a minimum of fuss and trying at all times to reduce costs and give us what we wanted. Beams were installed. Still not sure how they got them in and doors are now in and look great. Adam and Julia made what should have been a stressful experience, much easier. I didnt have a project manager but they answered my questions and guided me through the process. Couldn't reccomend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service from Julia, Adam and the team from start to finish. Professional and very specialist in their field; they have done a fantastic job of supporting our chimney. They were extremely tidy and friendly and very accommodating trying to find a date to suit me as I work as a childminder so could only have the works done on certain days. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.
