This is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family.Service is good and quick.Menu is plentiful, lot of options to choose from. Reasonably priced.Last week , I had need here with ny lil one and my friend. We ordered milkshakes and coffee and everything was upto the mark.I felt the quantity of milkshake was too much but it kept me full for next 3-4 hrs.Must visit place. Highly recommend.

I went to Bru to get my daughter a treat which is not often in these times.My order was takeaway, once home and presented it to my daughter she cried after opening the box because the cookies dough dessert was as all burnt around the edges and so she tried to eat the middle of the dessert,this was burnt too but covered up with choclate!! Not very good BRU!!!I rang the store to issue my complaint in a nice fashion as one does and I was greeted with a rude and ignorant response !! Not very nice BRU!£8.99 down the pan and a very very very upset child!I will not be visiting again! It does not meet the standards of the previous BRU that was in St George's center !!Rant over!!

Just bought an Oreo waffle. So disappointed with the quality of it. The waffle isn’t cooked properly inside and been a waste. Highly disappointed with the waffle. The top layer just came off and inside was not at all done.

Cute place with interesting choices for coffee and some bites to eat. There's extra seating upstairs. Staff are friendly and there's self-service.

Pratik, the coffee genius Manager behind Bru, serves up some seriously amazing Coffee. The vibe here is totally professional, making it an awesome spot to get work done. The staff are super friendly and the location is absolutely great. If you're after a genuine coffee experience in a laid-back yet professional setting, Bru is your go-to. I work here for hours and the staff don't bother me at all. In fact, they are all Kind and Welcoming. Pratik is a very Cool and Genuine Guy, I see him in the morning, and we talk for some time. If you want to get some work done and enjoy coffee at the same time for hours on end, Take Bru into huge consideration. I can recommend highly to Friends and Family, Especially people who want to work for long periods of time.

I was first time there after they moved from st George, and I never will come again anymore in this place.It feels very unsafe now. Before there always was nice people who come there study or work. Now there is full of loud teenagers and managers not controlling the noise level at all. I tried to study there, but it became impossible, when someone came in with strong weed smell and this smell became permanent for at-least an hour. (After that i decided enough is enough). Probably place could be nice in very quiet hours.
