Purchased a BMW 320I from Ryan @ Rykel on Dec 1st 2018, and as is always the case with buying a new car, I had a lot of apprehension about whether the car would be a) worth the drive to see it, and b) reliable if I brought it. Ryan was a great help when I arrived and was not shy from telling me the marks on the bodywork from the previous owner. I test drove the car with Ryan and he made the necessary wheel alignment corrections we noticed when driving it. He was even happy for me to look over the cars service documentation in a local cafe whilst he popped back to the garage to await my decision. The car has always started first time and importantly been super reliable. I find Ryan to be a trustworthy and honest car salesman and that cannot be said for them all!
