Customer service team were okay. Didn't send any confirmation email or anything for viewing. Viewing guy, very unprofessional, and rude. He was late, had the wrong key, acted like he was doing me a favour and refused to allow me taking photos, of a fault I saw in the property while chasing me out and telling me of all the applications that we're in already. Saying I should rebook if I want my other half to see. Won't recommend at all

If i could rate them zero i would. They are the worst letting agents in the world, there bullies they shout, threaten and swear at us. We moved into a new build in Halifax from a few weeks of living in the property it started getting cracks in the plaster board which is obviously a structural problem. The lights in the property are spotlightS and i have asked them on a number of occasions just to come out and show me how to open them so i can change the bulb but i got a response that i am liable for it. I have a leak under the bathtub which has gone through the ceiling to the toilet downstairs and they have said that i caused the leak when in actually fact the started fixing it six months but never got around to finishing it. So my toilet downstairs has no plaster boards on the ceiling and its still leaking. Then i have got a leak under sink and they refuse to do any work. I would stay well away from this letting agents there crooks all the want is money but refuse to provide a service. I have just had to report them due to all the issues i am having. WORST LETTING AGENT IN THE WORLD THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN

Have always had good service from Platinum, they have managed and let a number of my properties for a few years and I have never had any issue with them. Friendly and always available for advice as well as helping finding the right tenant and keeping properties in good condition.

Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is abysmal and I would recommend avoiding them altogether. I should have known better after reading other reviews but thought I'd give them a chance.No one showed up for the viewing and the tenant had to show us around (the tenant told us the agents hadnt turned up for the previous two people that day either).Upon trying to contact them to check on progress of application, etc, I was told, on several occasions, that they didn't know the information needed and that they'd ring me back - they never did. And that's if they even answered the phone at all! So I was constantly chasing them.Even after telling them I would be going on holiday and needed to know before I went if everything was ok, I still had no contact from them - despite being promised they would call back at a specified time. I even went to the shop to see if I could get sense out of them and the shutters were down (On a Friday morning!). I had to wonder if they were still in business!?Bitterly disappointed as I loved the property but the general attitude of this business is enough to make me look elsewhere. I honestly don't know why other reviewers have given 5 stars!

Platinum Lettings were involved with both renting my property and finally selling it. At every stage they have kept me fully informed via email and on the phone. They have been great at dealing with any niggles whilst renting out the property especially during really bad winters. Would highly recommend them for either managing a property that you are looking to rent or for buying/selling your home.

I live in a property managed by platinum lettings last week in the storm there was damage to the roof of our home the celling fell into the bedroom It was a Sunday morning quite early I rang the emergency line and someone came quickly and got someone to make the roof water tight even tho it was sill raining quite bad I have 4 children still living at home. Riaz from platinum lettings arranged for my self and children to stay somewhere else while the roof was made safe (my husband had gone down south to a funeral) they put us in a beutifull apartment and was in contact daily and I can't thank then enough for there help

As some others before me, I can only say that if there was the option to rate zero stars, I totally would. Arranged a house viewing with this agency, and when I arrived at the property at the agreed time, I got a call from them saying that they don't have the key to let me in, so nobody will be able to meet me. I repeat, that was when I was ALREADY STANDING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. So, nobody even bothered to look for the key or set off at their office to meet me IN TIME. They said they would e-mail me in the evening to reschedule, but I haven't heard from them since. I really hope they will shut down. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely poor service from these guys. I have been with this letting agent for about 8 months and they don't know what they are doing as they have been absolutely atrocious when I was with them time. They moved me between 4 different property's and all of them had damp and rotting wood. A person that is renting should be able to have direct contact with the landlord with this ''company'' whenever you have an issue with the property. Since my stay none of this was ever resolved so my best advice is if you want to rent in this area is to go to B Elliot Property LTD they are very good compared to these guys.
