“A five star service”I went to this shop for a passport photo for my newborn, and the lady was so helpful and patient ( it’s not easy to take a picture of a 3 week baby with both eyes opened) ! I strongly recommend this place.Thank you

We were traveling through Edinburgh and in need of same day “fluff and fold” laundry service. The team at Johnson’s were so lovely, good humored and turned our order around same day as promised for a fraction of the cost our hotel wanted to charge us. Fabulous job!

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Dropped off a very delicate dress completely ruined with mud on the 21st and picked it up only a few hours later almost magically fixed. Honestly was a lifesaver, and overall a lovely interraction!

Mags! Go see Mags! Amazing service. Mags went above and beyond for us to get our laundry done quickly. We only had a couple days in Edinburgh and weren’t sure if we had enough time to get our clothes washed. Mags made it happen. She was so sweet and delightful, one of the friendliest people we’ve met during our 2 week trip to Europe. If you need any laundry service or dry cleaning, please use Johnsons. In a time where service can be spotty, it was so refreshing to have Mags’ smile welcome us and help us with our laundry.

Aggressive, rude service, and ruined two pieces of clothing: An irreplaceable designer coat button, AND my shoe had a nail that damaged the sole and could have pierced my foot if I didn’t spot it.When I brought the items back to the store, the manager did not apologise agree to compensation, while another employee shouted at me from the back. As I left, they laughed.If you do insist on getting your clothes cleaned there anyway, make sure that your casual dresses are not marked up as ballgowns. They claim that you have to check before the order is processed, but when you ask to review it, you’ll be met with eye rolls and sighs.

We dropped off a small bag of laundry here while visiting. Initially, there was some confusion around high pricing due to a temporary worker's mistake. Thankfully, Mags was there when we picked up the laundry, and she made everything right. For knowledge, they charge £27.50 for a bag of wash and fold laundry. £50 for 2 bags. Our clothes were cleaned well, and we really enjoyed talking with Mags!

My sister and I were visiting on holiday, traveling to Ireland, Scotland, and London. We thought our hotel had laundry, though we were told on arrival that it did not. We found this gem of Johnsons Cleaners and the lovely lady who works there. We dropped off our clothing on Monday afternoon and it was fresh and ready for us on Wednesday morning, ready to move on to the next town! I didn’t catch her name, but the lady who works there is so friendly and chipper. She remembered us by name. If ever back in Edinburgh, we will certainly use again!
