It takes a while to get assistance here, staff happy to stand around by the entrance.As a creator, I know what I need for work and some pc knowledge is lacking here and advised for low end models or just look at what they have on display.Stock availability to take away is low on the higher spec products.Cheap laptop not a problem.

This maybe an one off but my processed order in the shop failed. Went back twice to check on it, they blamed the weekend processing department. One work day later and in on that second visit. Could not explain how the transaction failed.Now hopefully sorted. It's not that they messed up, that can happen but a technical department store, is not very good when it fails. Staff seemed to dissolve around you, not wanting to resolve the problem. I was going to ask to speak to the manager, but worryingly he was the manager which then dump it onto another without saying anything to the customer. Customer service is not their strength and if they can't do a technical transaction, it gets dumped to someone else. Pretty shocking display of public relations. Will not be going to the Christchurch store again.

Went with purpose of buying a laptop. Quiet day. Loads of staff free. When there's lots of choice/different spec customers need more help than ' have a look and see what you like' . With that level of service why would I come to a shop rather than buying online????

Extensive range of TV'S on display! Tad overwhelming and so we sought help from one of the available staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Had to come away and think about it all as who knew that TVs nowadays were so extensive!! Despite the fact that they are on average only supposed to work for five years!! Amazingly awful given the state of the planet!!!! Environmentally TV manufacturers need to get their act together!!

I was really disappointed with the service I received.We found the item we wanted. Spoke to a member of staff to confirm they price match as it was cheaper with AO,After they spoke to a manager, they agreed they could.We went through the whole process of the purchase up to the point of paying, This is where it started to go wrong. They charged the full price plus added £35 for delivery. When I questioned it, I was told I'll need to speak with another manager.Who came along? They did their checks and said they can't price match due to the items being different.(They were not),So after a bit of searching, I showed the manager the items, in fact, are the same, which they finally agreed to and reduced the price.However, they still wanted to charge £35 for delivery. I said no thanks, I can collect it. I was told that was not possible, and the delivery charge is my only option. To which I said no thanks, cancel the order because it's cheaper from AO.The manager replied in a sarcastic manner. Whatever

They know their stuff there but that doesn't change the fact that this guy kept hitting on my sister and making her really uncomfortable to the point she didn't wanna return alone so Ima have to give them one star. We just want you to do your job.

I went inside the currys in Christchurch and it was one of the most awful experiences ever ! These people are so racist. I have never seen it that blatant before. They literally went and assisted people who came in after me. I asked one of the rep for some help in purchasing an item and he said he'll send over his colleague. Me and my husband stand there. No one came. Yet he was there doing nothing. After deciding not to wait any longer that same guy watched us walked out the store with saying a thing. While he stand there DOING NOTHING.. Its bad ! Very bad especially as a tourist that's just visiting this country ! You would have thought English people customer service would be top tear. They are so rude !!!.

Blumming awful! Shrill alarms going off in the shop, you have to find someone to help. Told I can't return something if i don't like it but I can if I order on line and can get it there n then.So we did that... turns out you then have to wait for it to be delivered from baisingstoke even though there's one sat on the shelf looking at you.I went back and forth 3 times, not living near the shop only to end up having to cancel the order and now wait for a refund. Absolute joke of a shop. A total waste of hours of my life this morning , not to mention a migraine from.the stress abd the shrill alarm constantly going off.
