Bought 2 sticks of 8gb ram for my pc today (03.09.20) 16gb total or as I was lead to believe by stickers, got home from 8hr shift to install to learn they are 2 x 4gb of ram. Falsely advertised and feeling ripped off as I'll probably only get a credit note for in store purchase

Not a bad store for game consoles/controllers but some of the cds/game discs they sell can often be scratched and need cleaning. Not all cex's offer this.Their is only one things I don't agree with and that is that You have to look 25 to buy an 18 game

Absolute scammers, cleaned up and tested my console and took nearly 30 quid off the price because ‘matte finish was tarnished’ my console was in the exact same condition as when I bought it from them a couple years prior. Absolute scammers and should not even think about going here

I bought a Samsung note 20 ultra 5G. They want me to pay £300 for crushed pixels as the warranty doesn't cover that... It's never been dropped & doesn't have a scratch on it. What a joke....it's supposed to have Victus Gorilla glass & be nearly Impossible to break to 6.5 feet....They say I might have had it in my pocket.... Hilarious (NOT)...Very poor company who appear to be trying to take advantage of my supposed stupidity....I would avoid. Not good.

I took a ps4 and a vr and hard drive and I haven't revived my money via bank transfer very dissatisfied I don't advice anyone slells theirer items there as you will be waiting ages foe your money and that's even if they take it

Very rude manager!!! not only they wasted my time and their time by going through more than 100 dvds and then realise they don't have enough cash to pay. And also when I told them they should have told me before they started since they saw how many I come with, the manager told me to shut up!!! So disgusting attitude coming from a manager shop. But I think he realised he forgot to let the staff know they are short with cash... hence his attitude! Bad experience!!!

Took my Xbox series x to cex on Thursday and we're now on Monday and still no sign of my money in the bank what a joke and also took it unboxed when it was boxed had it less than a month
