Really friendly folk!

Put two old photographs in, quality was bad but was assured scratches and marks could be up-graded. Special photographs as one of the children had passed away. Guy who was carrying out the work told me he loved doing that kind of thing. What a, mess. My daughters who work in graphics took the photos back and the guy admitted he'd spent 10 minutes on one and 40 minutes on the other. He charged £50 and gave me £20 refund. Rip off the other photo went in the recycling. Don't touch this company if you want any restoration done. Bitterly dissapuonted
