Company could improve on communication. Website fine to deal with. Their courier company (Caulfield’s) needs to change and other reviews reflect that. My order email said 1-3 days for delivery. When I eventually got through to Callaghan’s they had indeed dispatched the order but it was 8 days after ordering before I eventually got my item and that’s on Caulfield’s. Caulfield’s also give little notice for estimated delivery
