My ears were very uncomfortable post holiday - flight and swimming, and I was struggling with my balance. Mary was professional and personable and I would highly recommend this procedure. It is far less invasive than syringing.

I needed this procedure prior to having in-ear defenders tailor-made for me. After discussing my general health and medications, Jeremy proceeded to fully explain and demonstrate the process to me and each ear only took 2/3 minutes for a perfect result. I found it to be a good value for money service and I enjoyed Jeremy's company throughout.

Cannot fault this service. I went to the procedure completely unable to hear from my left ear. Within 10 seconds I had my hearing back.Jason explained the procedure and was helpful with follow up advice. If your ears are blocked this is the man to see.

Booked my appointment at short notice and was able to secure a session at the Welwyn Garden City clinic. Very clean and tidy room and the technician fully briefed me as to the procedure. I was very happy with the results as I had a blockage in my right ear that resembled a cabbage patch. It was removed with some difficulty but not for me. Very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend this clinic if you need to have wax removed in a pain free manner. Thanks.

Met Jason at Golders Green today.Very efficient, but also so friendly - so made it a comfortable experience. I was completely deaf in my left ear and he fixed it immediately!He explained what he was doing as he went along, which helped understanding of the procedure! Highly recommend Jason. I saw Jason today after over a week of pain, not being able to hear and feeling really quite rubbish. He had his work cut out for him but he persevered and - magically - was able to give me my hearing back! He was kind, explained everything and so good at his job. Thank you Mary for giving me my hearing back. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing help with blocked ear. I usually get it syringed by the nurse at my local doctors surgery. They are not open for this at present so searched online for where could do it . Found Hearing First and read all the glowing reviews. I can honestly say it’s far better than syringing and Mary was so kind and friendly.
