Not very quick anymore had loans with them before and it was instant or within hours now it’s taking over 28 days which is ridiculous a lot easier to go somewhere else

Don’t bother applying it’s taking up to 21-28 days and then got a reply saying ‘We are sorry to inform you that your application for a loan with TransaveUK has been unsuccessful for now as due to unprecedented demand currently we are only allowing join and borrow applications from people who work for our payroll partners.’Save yourself time and energy.

AVOID at any cost!!! I save with them for many years on a very low interest….something like 2% per year when inflation was much higher around 8-10 per year! Which means you lose money!!! And when you want to borrow they give you with more than 13% APR !!! They only take advantage on people in need!!!

I applied for a loan with transave and was declined and instead told to set up a member account first before applying. I did this and saved some funds and applied for a loan and was declined. They just wasted my time and have forced me to high cost creditors again which is what I was trying to avoid! You all clap for the nhs but nobody wants to help the staff when it’s needed it’s left to company’s like SALAD MONEY who take advantage but will help. Thanks for wasting my time and your time I have withdrew my funds from my account and I am closing it.

Puts banks to shame, pays a great dividend too. Easy loan applications, fairly quick to deliver (usually within 10 working days). I really can't fault them
