Royal Mail

Have not a mail delivery for 2 weeks have reported this to the main customer service team who apologised and promise to sort it out they have not, no one is answering the local sorting office phone ,tomorrow we will be going into our 3rd week with no delivery’s we are waiting for important bank letters posted 10 days ago letters from the probate court birthday cards ect but the mail company (Do not deserve the title Royal)do not seem to care at all ,one of the worst company’s i have eve encountered, terrible service and not fit for purpose,

Very poor service!!I often had problems with my parcels at this store, either they didn't deliver or they lost thembut today they exceeded the limitsI went to ask them where my parcel is and they didn’t even help me at all

We had a fantastic postman called Clyde - he knew his round well. Now someone else - Post wrongly delivered and often late, delivery cards not filled out. No wonder RM is losing money. How can a once monopoly fail to provide decent opening hours and great service - why such a small collection office - with the main post office filled with unwanted bad taste tat! Upside down management with zero vision.

Very poor delivery service. On two occasions now for separate parcels they said they were not able to deliver the parcel because no one was at home, when I was home the whole day waiting for the parcel since it was missed twice already.

Am expecting my parcel today.28th November, A day delivery. My sister paid £10.Am waiting for it since morning. I didn't go out uphill now, nothing been deliver.why paid for a day delivery?

My review is for an individual member of staff that sadly is his last day.My postie Jamie who covers se9 6pb route is just a little ray of sunshine. Everyday he knocks at my door with a huge smile and such a happy disposition. If only Eltham had more posties like him. He will be greatly missed off his route. Good luck in your next venture.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parcels were incorrectly showing as delivered on a day where I was home all day and nothing was received. I went to the delivery office to try and get my parcels located and the incompetent member of staff who would not give me her name was extremely unhelpful to say the least (working at 8-10am on 14/12/23). No apology was given for the lost mail, and the manager refused to speak to me even though I could hear them burping in the back room. The woman working then suggested to me ‘take a seat, you'll be here all day’. This delivery office is a joke, there is no respect for customers and I strongly suggest Royal Mail get rid of the incompetent staff in space of people who actually have basic customer service skills.

Nothing royal about Royal Mail. Scheduled a redelivery online waited all day at home for it to only call the NEXT DAY, wait 35 mins for someone to answer to tel me the had a problem with system yet had my email and number and didn’t call ME! Travel to the pick up in Eltham to be 5 mins after closing and said nope we are closed to now be on the phone waiting for someone to answer at a wait time of 60mins. Where is the royalty in that!!!!!

Very poor service today ! She was a chubby woman and when I asked her if she could help me she answered me in one word NO, I asked her to tell me where my package is that I have sent and she sent me to the manager the manager didn't help me either and she said she can't help because it closes in 20 minutes and it doesn't have a scanner to scan my barcode and see who it is! COMPLETELY USELESS!

Yet again another lie. Sent email of delivery confirmation, but never even attempted delivery. The seller I purchased from confirmed this. Royal mail is a complete joke, lying and costing people money for their laziness. Made a complaint months ago and never heard anything back! What does that tell you! Said the address was unaccessible, yet had an Evri delivery and groceries delivered. Supposed to be attempting delivery today, yet 3.15pm and still nothing. When Evri is more consistent and reliable, you know Royal mail are useless.
