Bought a car broke down 5 months when I bought it. Said to have 24 months warranty. Wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Terrible service the manager is always doing something every time I call him. So now I have a broken down car that has £6000 of engine damage because of a bad service. Very unhappy.

Dealt with Brad at SsangYong Bassetts Honda.Really great service. Bought car without going to see it, never done this before so was apprehensive but had a video viewing with Brad of the car. Really smooth transaction and everything was much better than I anticipated. Can’t recommend higher and would not hesitate in using Bassetts Swansea if I were you. Car great and as described, a little issue has arisen but advice given on how to rectify it.
